I'm not registered for the festival, I don't want to stay at the campsite, and I don't want to benefit from the food and refreshments. Can I join the tours?
• No. Necessary permits and applications are obtained based on the declarations filled out by the participants. Those who are not registered for the festival cannot participate in our tours.

Can I stay in my tent-equipped vehicle inside the camp area?
• Vehicles are not allowed inside the camp area. You may stay in your vehicle at the parking lot.

Can I join with a caravan?
• The camp area is only for tents. However, there is a paid caravan parking area available.

Can I attend the festival without joining the tours?
• Unfortunately, the festival is only for participants who join the cycling tours.

I’ll come with my own car, is there parking?
• Yes, there is a parking area in front of the camp site.

Will food and drinks be provided at the festival?
• The festival starts with Thursday dinner and ends with Sunday lunch. There will also be various treats during the tours. Additionally, there is a facility operating within the festival area.

Is accommodation only in tents?
• Yes, only tents are allowed in the camp area. However, the facility also has a nice caravan park where you can stay for an extra fee.

Will there be mechanical/technical service for bicycles?
• Yes, local bike shops from Antalya will provide paid services. Still, it is strongly recommended to have your bike fully serviced before coming.

Is the camp safe? Can I leave my belongings there?
• Yes, there will be 24-hour private security at the camp. However, do not leave valuable items unattended.

Is there electricity at the camp?
• Yes, but due to the number of participants, there may be a shortage of sockets. Bringing your own extension cord and multi-plug is recommended. Charging options for e-bikes may be limited.

I have no training, can I still join?
• If you haven’t spent 6–7 hours on the saddle before, the first day may be very tough. Sitting on the saddle is as much about getting used to it as pedaling.

What equipment is necessary for the tour?
• Hand pump, patch kit, spare inner tube, water bottle, Allen keys.

What should I bring?

  • Essential: Tent, mat, sleeping bag, cup, well-maintained bicycle, helmet, gloves, lights.
  • Recommended: Swimsuit & towel, sunscreen, insect repellent.

What should I wear?

  • Essential: Helmet.
  • Recommended: Gloves, arm sleeves, sunglasses, breathable clothing suitable for warm weather, padded cycling shorts.

What is considered a suitable bike?
• A mountain or touring bike with working brakes, functioning gears, and tires suitable for dirt roads.

Is participation paid?
• Yes, participation requires a fee.

What are the entry and exit dates to the campsite?

• You can enter the campsite no earlier than the morning of May 14, 2026, however, meals and refreshments will begin with dinner on May 14th.

• The festival ends with lunch on Sunday, May 17th. There is no overnight accommodation at the campsite on Sunday.

What is included in the fee?
• One festival jersey, camp accommodation, three meals a day, entrance to historical sites, surprise gifts, and treats.

How much is the participation fee?
• The participation fee is 6,750.00 TL per person (including VAT).
